<h2>Land Rover Defender Stainless Steel LED Front Bumper:</h2><h2> :</h2><p>Our Land Rover Defender LED Front Bumper is made from thicker 4mm Stainless Steel with the added benefit of two LEDs / DRLs positioned at either end for improved visibility and styling purposes. It doesn't detract from the classic Defender bumper design, but it does modernise it. </span></p><p>Our Defender Front bumpers are twice as strong as 2.5mm thickness standard bumpers and metal finished to an incredibly high standard. </span>All laser-cut edges are rounded/sanded to a nice smooth radius prior to paint, including LED slot holes & the entire length of the rear of the bumper internally and externally. This meticulous process is not found else where on the market. </span></p><p>We have used 8mm mounting brackets instead of the standard 2.5mm for a stronger bind to the Defender chassis & overall product strength. Using 8mm brackets that fit underneath the top of the bumper not only allows us to eliminate the original stagger folded lower Joggle from our bumper design. It also allows our bumpers to sit slightly higher than standard. The original Joggle style lower bracket is much weaker by design and encourages deformation upon impact.</span></p><p>We also sand out all fold tool indents prior to paint for a superior build quality and finish.</span><br></span></p><p>We glass bead blast all our bumpers prior to paint for superior paint adhesion.
